1050℃級 高溫硅酸鈣絕熱板(普通密度：220-370kg/m3)由硬硅鈣石水化合物和增強纖維組成，不含石棉，耐熱溫度達1050℃，是一種高效的節(jié)能產品。具有耐熱溫度高、絕熱性能強、容重低、強度高、耐久性好、耐腐蝕、能切、能鋸等施工方面等優(yōu)良特性，可廣泛應用于窯爐的節(jié)能保溫工程。

YD-高溫型硅酸鈣板是在1000℃ YD-標準型的基礎上將溫度提高到1100℃，可滿足工業(yè)窯爐高溫位置的應用。
On the basis 1000℃ YD-Standard Type boards, the temp. limit of this type is improved to 1100℃. As our paten, YD-High Temp. Type can be used for high temp. b of industry furnaces.

2.均勻分布大量微米級和納米級空隙，氣孔率高，絕熱性能優(yōu)異。
3.產品是背襯絕熱材料，由其性能決定，不能用作爐襯與火直接接觸的工作層。
4.產品不含石棉和其他有毒有害成分；沒有生物營養(yǎng)成分，不會腐爛、發(fā)霉，沒有蟲害和鼠害危險。
